Field Technicians at your fingertips.

T.Y. Hutchinson offers subcontract fieldwork and AutoCAD services to the surveying, engineering and construction professions. The TYHFSS management team have over 40 combined years experience in the field and have witnessed the evolvement of the industry and technology. We use the latest in technology including RTK, Robotic Total Stations and G.P.S. At TYHFSS safety is paramount! We have COR certification, hold a letter of good standing and are associate members of the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association (NSCSA). We are also members in good standing of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia (CANS) and the Association of Nova Scotia Land Surveyors (ANSLS).

We work in a number of disciplines including, land surveying, topography, hydro-graphic, condominiums and all sizes of construction projects. Our AutoCAD department is able to accommodate the needs of all disciplines with but not limited to, preparing sketches, full production draft drawings, and the interpretation of construction drawings for field layout.

When time is tight and deadlines are approaching we are here to lend a hand. We are available on an hourly or job quoted basis. Our rates are competitive and in line with industry standards.
