TYHFSS Inc. are not Licensed  Land Surveyors and therefore without the umbrella of a Licensed Land Surveyor are not permitted to determine, define or mark any extent of title or ownership. Our land surveying services are available to licensed Professional Land Surveyors or licensed Professional Land surveying firms only.

TYHFSS Inc. employees have over 40 combined years of experience in providing land surveying work to the land surveying industry. We are able to provide the staff to carry any project to completion.

Complete location of all pertainent features, grid tie location, cutting of new boundary lines, and the monumentation of lot corners are aspects of the work we do.

Our staff has safety training in the use of power saws and also first aid.

We strive to deliver our product in any form required. A close working relationship with our land surveying clients ensures that we deliver the data required, on time and on budget.

Our CAD department is able to deliver working field plots for layout or for the inspection of the work completed, As well as any further requirements the professional land surveyor may deem necessary. We can also prepare the final plan or sketch for your clients needs.
